Trucking In High Gear Trucking with the booster on

"Trucking In High Gear .com's" business model will solve the three utmost problems prevailing the trucking industry:

1) High driver turnover (100% yearly).

2) Runaway fuel costs (the higher the diesel prices, the BETTER *O-U-R* profits!).

3) Bankruptcy-grade profitability (with each one cent increase in fuel cost 1,000 trucking co's go out of business). According to government statistics, POINT five percent (.5) is the prevailing trucking operations profit.

Our business model-concept will place us in the top 1% of industry profitability, 10 to 50 times over and above "the average" trucking operation (50-100 tractor-trailers?).

ORIGINS:

I decided to get a commercial drivers license due to an "out of class" traffic ticket (got cought bobtailing a tractor for a friend on Harbor freeway). I found out in the process that I could teach students in HALF-THE-TIME as traditional trucking schools.

As a former automotive instructor with a knack for teaching 'slow learners' I've decided to go into the commercial license training field. Trucking would be an ideal synergetic compliment to this and very possibly the core business. Los Angeles/Southern California (the capital of the world for class A license graduates) 'produces' about 7,500-10,000 class A graduates yearly. We want 'a piece of THE PIE.'

We seek 'franshise-ability' potential in most of our endeavors. *Ray Krock states that he didn't buy McDonalds "to sell hamburgers," -that he bought it "to sell FRANCHISES!" He knows WHERE the money IS!

GOALS:

1) To become a billion dollar conglomerate of verticle synergetic high profit entities within 10 years.

2) To be in the top 20% in the Hispanic 500 list within 5 years. To gain entrance to the top 100 US trucking co.'s list within 5 years. Number one in the Hispanic 500 list within 10 years (about 3-5 billion in sales).

3) To be as profitable as the top 1% in the industry.

4) To place at least one of our customized 18 wheelers in a major movie. PIECE OF CAKE!

5) To design and manufacture custom (more aerodynamic and with unique headlight/parking light systems) carbon-fiber (stronger AND lighter than fiberglass) 18 wheeler replacement hoods. Better aerodynamic design will be a major factor for our re-designs.

"The Molded Company," manufacturers of most if not all 18 wheeler fiberglass hoods had sales of $300 million last time I checked, about 8-10 years ago.

6) Research and Development of FUEL-SAVING aerodynamic components. Our 1993 Dodge van 'test vehicle' is presently accomplishing 15.75% fuel savings with our mods (we're shooting for 20%!). Mods on this van could compliment OTR 'cab-overs.'

MANAGEMENT TEAM:

Marc Anthony Flores, founder/promoter, will act as an advisory element. We are looking for a competent project manager, and eventually a $100,000 to $200,000/year-GRADE president.

COMPETITION ANALYSIS:

This is a CUT THROUGHT business. If you can make money in this industry you can make it in most other endeavors.

Utmost/critical delivery times only possible with three driver teams will be "our piece of cake." Coast-to-coast reefer and dry van routes will be our priority/specialty.

MARKET POTENTIAL:

The more competitive the market the better we will fare. Competition is the spice of life!

007Enterprises.com lists some of our potential longer range endeavors.

MARKETING STRATEGIES:

We will thread the waters that most will not be able to compete in (critical-time coast-to-coast deliveries) and provide reliable first-class hauling services to shippers.

3-5-10 YEAR PROJECTIONS:

$100 million dollar co. valuation within 3 years (sample of successful co.'s:

USA_Logistics_McAllen) Texas, Half-a-billion valuation within five years and one billion co. valuation within 10 years.

EXIT STRATEGY:

Reverse-merger(s), IPO(s), sale......

A group of investors bought an 'internet pharmacy' for $10 million, -turned around and sold it for ........ $500 MILLION !

We are looking for investors, loans, 'in-kind' investments, partners, alliances, single unit motor carriers/fleets, owner-operators wanting to DOUBLE what they're earning with their present cut-throught freaking lieing carrier, etc., etc.

We prefer aformentioned from areas of: San Francisco-Sacramento-Oakland, Los Angeles-Oxnard, Deming, NM, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, Austin, North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. -Of course we'll consider others as soon as we open additional profitable dedicated routes. We are looking into purchasing - partnering - co-venturing in minimum 1,000 mile dedicated routes with single unit motor carriers/any size fleets nationwide.
